If you have paid any amount for your reservation, you should check the section “Terms of participation - Cancellation/ Modification policy” in the page of your reservation to know if any modification of your reservation is possible.

Generally speaking, whether or not you can change dates or accommodation facility depends on : 

1. the type of the package you have chosen (Refundable or Non-Refundable)
2. the remaining days to the departure of your reservation 

In detail: 

If you have made your reservation in a Non-Refundable package

The answer is no. No modification to the dates of your reservation is possible. The travel packages that are “Non refundable” can not be modified and this is something you saw and accepted before making your reservation. 

If you have made your reservation in a Refundable package

​​​​​​​The answer is yes with conditions. The travel packages that are “Refundable” may be modified, e.g. change dates or accommodation facility, until 21 days before departure, given there is availability. If the remaining days to your departure are less than 21 days, a change either to the dates of travel or to the accommodation facility, is NOT possible.

You may send the modification request “Transfer your departure / return date” or “Change accommodation” from the page of your reservation. Once you send your request, within 48 hours the necessary checks (availability check, potential price differentiation check, etc) will take place and you will receive a reply about whether or not your request is possible, and if so about any difference in price between the 2 packages. 

Kindly note that the above mentioned modification requests entail administrative cost, which will be added to the price of your reservation if the requested modification is possible.

ATTENTION! In case the system does not allow you to send a modification request, then based on the policy of your reservation, it is not possible to modify the elements of your reservation.
