I made a reservation with road transportation and its status is "Availability check". What should I do?
If you have made a reservation with road transportation and the status of your reservation is “Availability check”, you must wait for the process of the availability check to be completed. You can not make the payment for your reservation while its status is “Availability check”.
You should wait, so that the process of the availability check is completed for which you will be notified with an email.
As a process, the availability check is usually completed in 24 hours from the moment you make the reservation, given you make your reservation within working hours (09:00-22:00)
Once the availability check is successfully completed and the status of your reservation becomes “Pending”, you will be able to pay within the timeframes you will be given.
In general, you can see the time frame for payment for each reservation in its page and in specific in the section “Terms of participation - Time frames for payment”
IMPORTANT! If during the availability check there is any change (in availability and/or price), we will contact you so that we inform you about the alternative option (alternative accommodation facility, change of price, etc) which you may confirm and move along or you may reject and cancel your reservation.
