In summary, the travel packages of our site do not include the following : 

• City tax 
• Extra services at the facility (e.g. mini bar, room service, massage and other personal treatments) 
• Any additional charges, e.g. due to the room type
• Extra services/ activities, such as tours, visits to museums/ sights, etc
• Transfer from the airport/ port to the hotel and vise versa 

In detail:

City tax

The city tax both in Greece and abroad, is payable directly to the accommodation facility by the traveller upon arrival based on legislation. More information about the city tax you may find in the article of the Help Center “City Tax” as well as in the detailed information of the travel package you are interested in; to be exact in the section “Accommodation - City tax-Travellers charge”'.

Extra services at the facility (e.g. mini bar, room service, massage and other personal treatments)

Anything additional that you use in the accommodation facility is not included in the price of the travel package and is payable by you directly at the facility.

Any additional charges, e.g. due to the room type

If there is an extra charge in any room type, you will be able to see it in the detailed information of the package in the section “TYPE OF ROOMS”'.

Extra services / activities, e.g. tours, visits to museums/ sights, etc

If there are extra services/ activities, you can see them with their cost/price in the detailed information of the travel package you are interested in, in the section “Extra services”. Moreover, in case you wish to add an extra service/ activity to your reservation, you will be able to do so during the reservation process at the relevant step. In case the section “Extra services” does not appear in the detailed information of the package you see, then there are not any extra services/ activities you could add to your destination. 

Transfer from the airport/ port to the hotel and vise versa 

​​​​​​​If you wish to make a reservation for a travel package with air transportation or ferry transportation, you should be aware that the transfer from the airport or the port to the accommodation facility is not included and you should make arrangements individually regarding your transfer from the airport/ port to your accommodation facility.

IMPORTANT! The above is not true for the travel packages of the organized group travels with road transportation, because in those packages the transfer to the hotel is included.
