When do I receive my tickets, as well as all the information concering my trip?

  • Air package

Check-in, air tickets, accommodation voucher

We check-in for you, 24 hours before the departure of each flight, as according to the policy of the majority of the airlines it is not possible to check-in earlier, unless you use the “Early check-in” service which is charged.

That means that you will receive the corresponding information in 2 parts. 

In the first part, you will find on your reservation page two attached documents, the boarding pass of your departure (within 24 hours until the time of departure) and the accommodation voucher. You must print the boarding pass and the accommodation voucher before your trip and have them with you.

In the second part, the boarding pass of the return will be posted, which also must be printed during your trip, so to have it with you for the homebound. 

ATTENTION! We underline that you must have the boarding passes printed and not, e.g. on your smartphone.

Check-in and selecting a sea

During the check-in process, seats are distributed by chance by the airline. That means that there is a possibility of not getting adjacent seats with your company. If you want to seat next to each other or have a preference concerning your seat on the plane, as well as if you want to receive your boarding pass earlier, you’ll have to send an early check-in request through the reservation modification service of our webpage.   

Selecting a seat (early check-in), is extra charged by the airline and you will be informed of its price by the corresponding department with a reply to your early check-in request. 

  • Ferry package

The codes for your ferry tickets are posted on your reservation page 1-2 days before departure. With these codes and your IDs, you can receive them printed at the counter of each ferry company before departure, so as to get on the ferry. 

The accommodation voucher is also posted 1-2 days before departure, which you will have to show to the person in charge of the accommodation during your arrival, so to receive the keys to your room. 

As soon as the aforementioned documents are posted you will get a notification on the email you used during your reservation. 

The accommodation voucher will be on your reservation page 1-2 days before the day of the check-in, and it will be also sent via e-mail, to the e-mail accounts you will use during the reservation process, to print and have it with you during your arrival at the accommodation.  

  • Road & ferry package

The ferry tickets, as well as the accommodation vouchers, are received by the chief of our agency during the departure of the bus.

Moreover, all the required information for your trip, such as the time and point of the meeting are announced on your reservation page 1-2 days before departure.

The same applies to the case of the accommodation voucher. 

Finally, you receive an SMS with the license plate of the bus half an hour before departure, as well as your seat number on it. 

The above are also sent via e-mail, at the e-mail address that will be used during the reservation process.
