Let's assume you want to travel to Paris, and you have already found a travel package in 5 months from now. Its price today, is 620€ per person, 1240€ for 2 participants! If you do have it, that's perfect! If you do not, you could save 200€ per month, and in six months you will have the amount! The only problem is that a week before departure, given there is availability, the price of the package will most probably be around 1900€ - 2100€! So, even in this case, you will still not have saved enough!

On the other hand, if you book now with the current price, and you set it in 12 installments, each installment will be around 150€ - 160€ per month. If you set it in 60 installments, each installment will be around 40€ per month.

Everything depends on your creditworthiness and the evaluation that will take place!

FAQ

Do I need a credit card for the installments?

No, you do not need to have a credit card. You simply need your tax code and your tax statement or to log in to gov.gr using your TAXIS credentials

Up to what amount can my request be?

Up to 10.000€ but that does not mean without meeting the necessary criteria you will get it. The amount you will be able to receive depends on your yearly and monthly income. If, for example, you request 5.000 euros and that amount equals your yearly income, you will most probably not get approved. Likewise, if you request 5.000 euros with a monthly income of 800 euros and you set it in 10 installments, the bank will most certainly not approve it.

Are there activities included in my trip or is it just the travel package?

You choose the amount you need, based not only on the price of the travel package but also on what you would like to add as an extra service provided in the travel package by 18-24, such as museum tickets, an extra activity like an excursion, transfer from the airport, etc

How many installments can I set?

From 3 up to 60 installments. The fewer the installments the larger the amount of each one is ; setting more installments means a smaller amount per installment but in the end you repay a larger total sum.

I am a student; can I apply?

There are no such restrictions, the criteria are purely financial so that the institution may be certain you will pay the installments.

What do I need for the request?

Your credentials for TAXIS so that you log in gov.gr or your last tax statement.

Can I use the money for other expenses?

You can use the amount for expenses you have on 18-24 Travel. You are not able to use it, for example, to pay for lunches, souvenirs, or cloths you want to buy during your trip.

What do I get from that?

If you do not have the necessary amount of money, and you want to travel in 6 months from now, the price will increase until you save up. If you make your reservation now, using the Travel Now Pay Later, it will cost a bit more due to the installments, but less than if you wait to save the money and make the reservation a few days before departure with a much higher price than you now see .

By setting the amount for your funding request and starting the process of the funding application, you will automatically be transferred at tbi bank's site and therefore, the terms of the bank apply.

Our company bears no responsibility for the approval or rejection of your request. We simply connect you with the bank and we are not involved in the calculation of the installments nor of the total sum and the relevant terms for the funding.

The selection of installments, in case the amount after calculating the base rate and the expenses is over 200 euros, is made by you.
