If you have paid any amount for your reservation, you should check the section “Terms of participation - Cancellation/ Modification policy” in the page of your reservation to know if any modification of your reservation is possible.

Generally speaking, whether or not you can change a participant of your reservation depends on : 

1. the type of the package you have chosen (Refundable or Non-Refundable)
2. the remaining days to the departure of your reservation 

In detail: 

If you have made your reservation in a Non-Refundable package

The answer is no. No modification to the participants of your reservation is possible. The travel packages that are “Non refundable” can not be modified and this is something you saw and accepted before making your reservation. 

If you have made your reservation in a Refundable package

The answer is yes with conditions. The travel packages that are “Refundable” may be modified, e.g. change participants, until 10 days before departure. If the remaining days to your departure is less than 10 days, a change to the participants of your reservation is NOT  possible. 

You may send the modification request “Replace participant” from the page of your reservation. Once you send your request, within 48 hours the necessary checkswill take place and you will receive a reply about whether or not your request is possible.

Kindly note that the above mentioned modification request entails administrative cost, which will be added to the price of your reservation if the requested replacement of participant is possible.

ATTENTION! In case the system does not allow you to send a modification request, then based on the policy of your reservation, it is not possible to modify the elements of your reservation.
