In this case you will need to make 2  different reservations.

EXAMPLE: Suppose there are 3 people traveling and 2 of them wish to depart from Thessaloniki and 1 from Athens, while the desired room type is a Triple one.

Important! There should definitely:

• There must be availability, both in the package departing from Thessaloniki and the one departing from Athens (same dates, hotel, etc.)
• In addition, there must be availability for a Triple room, something that you can easily check by looking at the details of the package you have chosen and more specifically in the section “ROOM TYPES”. If there is no availability, you must choose another hotel where a triple room is available.

If the above applies, you should follow the steps below:

1. 2 people must make a reservation in the package departing from Thessaloniki and the other one do the same with the package departing from Athens.
2. In both cases in the step “Choose room” you must choose the option “I do not choose a room because I am part of a group with another reservation”.
3. Once you have completed the process for both reservations, you will need to find on the reservation page of one of the bookings the field “Amendment request”. 
4. Right after, from the requests you will see, you will need to select “Reservations Connection”.
5. In the text box that appears, you must write the number of the reservation with which you wish to make the connection, as well as the rest of the necessary information, such as “We wish to be in the same Triple room” or “We want to be in the same bus in seats next to each other”.
6. By clicking “Submit Request” your request will be sent.
7. The competent department, within the following 48 hours, will review your request and will inform you if it is possible, as well as if there is anything else you may need to know. 

You will be able to see the response just below the request, on the page of your reservation. Moreover, you will receive the corresponding notification via email.
