If something unexpected comes up for which I bear no responsibility e.g. lockdown, do I get a refund?

Every package has a specific cancellation policy that every traveler accepts during the reservation process, while exceptions occur in the cancellation policy only under certain emergency conditions that apply to everyone.
A place is restricted to lockdown only under certain emergencies, thus the trip cannot be conducted, and this applies to all the travelers.
Specifically, a place is restricted to lockdown when the following apply:

  •  The ministerial decision  (not the Joint Ministerial Decision) prohibits air flights to and from a specific country.
  • Following the ministerial decision (not the Joint Ministerial Decision) the accommodation reservations are canceled and they do not accept any travelers. When accommodations are not operating for industrial reasons or due to the increase of COVID cases after their decision, this is not considered a universal lockdown emergency.
  • In general, after the ministerial decision (not the Joint Ministerial Decision) ordering the prohibition of border crossing for the protection of public health.

It is emphasized that as the borders are open, the states accept travelers, and the flights are conducted normally, we cannot talk about a universal lockdown, and in cases and a situation is not considered emergent when some people are not traveling.
However, in case of having a completed reservation on our page and we get some information related to that, we will contact you, so to inform you as well as to provide you with alternative solutions.
