The price of the travel packages is per person for the overnights chosen and includes both the transportation and accommodation, combining the two services .

The site is regularly updated to meet the current availability and pricing of the combination of transportation and accommodation.

This means that the travel package you see in the site may in a short period of time : 

• become unavailable. If, for example, a specific hotel or in a certain type of room for specific dates no longer have availability, or the seats on a flight that were available 1 hour ago are now sold out.
• have a change in price. If, for example, the available airplane tickets are of a different price level / class 

This could also happen during the reservation process as well as during the availability check of your reservation once placed on the site.

For this reason once you make your reservation, we contact you in order to inform you accordingly in case an element of your package has been altered from the moment you made the process until the completion of the availability check; we shall inform you of the availability check process and you will decide if you wish to continue or not.

Generally speaking, the sooner you make your reservation, the better both in terms of pricing and of availability. Usually, the closer we get to any date of departure the higher the price is. 

In all of the travel packages you will also see clocks that countdown until the pause of registration. Once a countdown ends, the travel package becomes unavailable for reservations.
