If you have money in the travel wallet of your account, but the reservation was made by the account of your friend, you can transfer the amount from your wallet to the wallet of your friend at no cost.  

The process is simple and you only need to know the email of the account of your friend on the site of 18-24 travel that you wish to transfer the amount.

Let’s say that the reservation was made by the account of the email address papadopoulou1@gmail.com. To transfer money to this account, you should follow the steps: :

• Log in to your account at 18-24 Travel 
• Go to “Profile”
• In the section ''18-24 Travel wallet'' press the blue button “Send money to user”
• Fill in the email and the amount  that you wish to transfer
• The transfer is complete. Both you and the person to which you transferred the amount have received an automated email about the transfer.

In the example with the reservation made by the account of the email papadopoulou1@gmail.com in the field “email” you should set the email address papadopoulou1@gmail.com.

ATTENTION! There is the possibility that Papadopoulou has a second email and/or second account at 18-24 Τravel , e.g. with the email address papadopoulou@gmail.com. The travel wallet of the account papadopoulou1@gmail.com and of the account papadopoulou@gmail.com are different! Therefore you must be certain to which email you wish to transfer money. Following any transfer of amount, no action whatsoever is possible on our part.

By having transferred the amount you wanted, you will see the amount in your wallet being accordingly decreased, while the person to which you transferred the money will see the amount in their wallet being accordingly increased.
