To make a reservation for any package, there must be availability first in the corresponding room. If for instance, there are 2 people traveling, they will need a double room.

You can see the room types and the maximum capacity of each room type available for the dates selected, in the details and more specifically in the section “Room Type”.

Room types refer to the categorization of the rooms, for example, economy, standard, superior, etc.

The room capacity refers to how many people can be accommodated in each room, for example: Double (for 2 people). triple (for 3 people), etc.

The room types that are in the information of each package will be available for selection during the reservation process in the corresponding step.

ATTENTION! There must be a complete match between the number of participants and the the available capacity in the package you are interested:

Namely:

• If there are 2 people, the availability in a double room must be shown.
• If there are 3 people, the availability in a triple room must be shown.
• If there are 4 people, the availability in 2 double rooms must be shown or in a quadruple room and so on.

Room availability is for the specific dates of the package. By changing the traveling dates, there may be a change in the available rooms as well. In the event that the desired room types are not available, you should select different dates or other hotel, where there is availability for the needed rooms types.

EXAMPLE: Suppose there is no availability for a Double Room to stay in the period 14th to 18th of December in the hotel you like. However, there might be a Double Room available from the 13th to the 17th of December at that hotel.
​​Respectively, for the period 14th to 18th of December there might be available a double room in a different hotel besides the one you originally had chosen.

IMPORTANT: The room capacity shown in the information of each package is valid exactly as listed and can not be altered. 

EXAMPLE: if you are a group of 3 people and the information shown in the package you have chosen is for a double room, it is NOT POSSIBLE to add an extra bed/roll out bed to this room so that your stay can take place.

​​​​​​​In order to continue and be accommodated accordingly, you have to choose either different dates or some other hotel where there is availability for a Triple Room.
