Pets are allowed in all ferry companies; there are some common general rules of transport while depending on the ferry company additional terms may apply.

Common general rules of transport for pets by ferry

• valid health booklet / valid passport 
• pets must be accompanied 
• the owner of the pet is solely liable for any damage and is solely responsible for the care, hygiene and safety of the pet
• the pet must be registered in advance of the departure that it will travel

The owner / escort of the pet must be with the pet throughout the trip in the pet is not placed in a transport box or pet cabin or pet kennel, while no pets are allowed in the common areas of the ship. When boarding the pets must either be in their bot/cage or be on a leash and wear a muzzle.

Given that the accommodation facility you chose allows pets, in order for the policy of the ferry company as well as the specific characteristics of your pet to be checked, you should - BEFORE making any payment for your reservation - send a modification request from the page of your reservation, informing about your wish to have your pet with you. 

The modification request you should choose is the “Change package type before payment”. In your request please state:

a) the breed/ type of pet
b) its size 
c) its age 
d) its weight

Your request will be checked and you will receive a reply to it so as to be notified specifically about the transportation of your reservation what is needed for your pet based on its characteristics as well.  Replies are given in priority order and within 48 hours. The reply will appear as a new message in the page of your reservation.​​​​​​​
